Introducing a four-cylinder, four-stroke engine, air-cooled, is equipped with a controlled CDI unit with a preset advance curve for smooth operation. This engine stands out for its very smooth operation without vibrations. These low vibrations are achieved by the engine's design, where as an opposed boxer it has excellent characteristics in all projects where it is necessary to ensure smooth operation without vibrations. Its excellent fuel consumption is also achieved by the option to use Roto EFI equipment for reaching high altitudes or low fuel consumption. The Roto 170 FS UAV has a high lifespan, thanks to the materials used in pistons and cylinder liners.
